Some things that go into making a good website are where it draws your eye, if its easy to navigate, and how it’s layed out. A good website wont distract you with a flashing background and rainbow text. Also, a good website should be easy to navigate through the menus so that the user can find what they want easily. Finally, a good website should have a good layout that doesnt overwhelm the user with information.

I think this website has a good design because its easy to navigate and find what you want, and it also has a good layout that doesn’t overwhelm you with information.
The elements that stand out to me on this website are the ability to read more text without it showing it all to you at the same time, and the ability to go into the websites archive.
The design of this website is appropriate to the content of the site because the websites esthetics arent distracting you to the content and it doesn’t take away from the stories on the site.

I think this website has a good design because the menus are easy to find and navigate through to find what area of the website you want, and also if your not able to find what you want on the menus then you can search it in the yahoo search engine at the top of the screen.
The elements that stand out to me on this website are the ability to see what other people are looking at currently, and how you can search for anything including pictures, videos, and articles.
The design of this website is appropriate to the content of the site becasue it shows all of the best that yahoo has to offer you including news, email, and a search engine. Also its very easy to customize the menu to suit your needs.
